El Chef Peter nació en Silom, Krungthep (Bangkok), Tailandia y creció cocinando junto a su abuela.​ En Mao Mau él combina auténticos ingredientes & sabores asiáticos con productos nativos de la costa de Oaxaca. ​Recientemente, Mao Mau tuvo el honor de ser considerado uno de los mejores restaurantes tailandeses de México por Food and Wine.
Chef Peter was born in Silom, Krungthep (Bangkok), Thailand and grew up cooking alongside his grandmother. In Mao Mau, he combines authentic Asian ingredients & flavors with seasonal produce native to the coast of Oaxaca. Recently, Mao Mau was honored to be considered one of the best Thai restaurants in Mexico by Food and Wine.
